Together, we’ll explore every aspect of your wellbeing, from symptoms and mindset to nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. Sessions are tailored for your individual needs and available online or in person (if local to Salisbury).

In these small, supportive groups, we’ll explore everything from symptoms and mindset to nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. You’ll also benefit from shared experiences and encouragement from other women going through the same stage of life.
This programme is ideal if you’re experiencing:
- Hot flushes, night sweats, or poor sleep leaving you exhausted
- Mood swings, anxiety, or low motivation that impact your daily life
- Brain fog, forgetfulness, or difficulty concentrating at work or home
- Changes in weight, body shape, or energy that feel hard to manage
- A sense of isolation or frustration, wanting to connect with others who understand
