The Menopause Plan
I have been granted permission from Women of a Certain Stage, through completion of their Menopause Coaching Diploma, to deliver their menopause coaching programme, The Menopause Plan, which also includes the Body Holiday Reset Plan.
The Menopause Plan is a coaching programme designed to help the client to make incremental, small adjustments to their lifestyle, nutrition, movement, environment and support network, and aims to have a positive impact on their overall well being and in turn menopause symptoms and ability to cope with how the menopause impacts their day-to-day life.
It's an 8-week programme:
1. The Wheel of Life and Goal Setting
2. Mindset for Success and Hydration
3. Morning and Evening Routines, Hunger and Fullness Scales
4. Reset and Accountability (plus introduction of the Body Holiday Reset)
5. Movement and how hormone changes affect health risks
6. Decluttering for Balance
7. Receiving Help and Support: relationships and boundaries
8. Celebrating, Next Steps and Passion Planning
At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll not only notice tangible improvements in areas like sleep, mood, energy, and resilience, but you’ll also have the clarity, confidence, and momentum to keep building on your progress.
The Menopause Plan gives you the knowledge and practical tools to thrive through menopause and beyond, with long-term strategies you can rely on.
The Body Holiday Reset
This isn’t a detox or a weight-loss programme. It’s a guided reset designed to help you understand how certain foods and drinks may be contributing to your menopause symptoms.
By removing common allergens and foods that frequently trigger intolerances for a short, focused period, you give your body a chance to rebalance, support its natural detoxification processes, and rest your digestive system.
Then, through a gentle and structured reintroduction phase, you’ll learn exactly how different foods affect your energy, digestion, mood, and overall well-being. This insight empowers you to make informed, confident choices about what truly supports your body during menopause—and beyond.
