Hi, I’m Caroline Milne, founder of Unmenopaused, a Registered Nurse for 20 years and a passionate advocate for supporting women through the menopause transition and beyond.
After two decades working within the NHS, I saw firsthand how often menopause was misunderstood, dismissed, or simply not talked about. That inspired me to take action! Especially after I too entered perimenopause and felt like I fell off a cliff! Despite my nursing background it still caught me off guard. I found it hard to get the support I needed, I felt alone and overwhelmed. I needed to learn and understand this new phase of life more for myself and in turn this had led to wanting to support other women going through this confusing stage of life.
I'm now a Licensed Menopause Champion in partnership with the Menopause Experts Group, and a Certified Menopause Coach through Women of a Certain Stage. I combine medical knowledge, up-to-date menopause education, and lifestyle-based coaching to offer holistic support to women at all stages of their journey.
Through 1:1 and small group coaching—online or in person—I use The Menopause Plan, a structured programme designed to empower women with practical tools, mindset support, and evidence-based strategies to make incremental lifestyle changes that can significantly impact their menopause experience in a positive way.
I also deliver CPD-accredited menopause workshops to businesses, workplaces, and community organisations—creating safe, inclusive spaces to raise awareness, build confidence, and start real conversations around menopause.
And because connection matters, I run two free peer support groups in Salisbury, Wiltshire every month. Whether you’re struggling, curious, or just want to feel seen—you’re welcome.
Whether I’m working 1:1, with small groups, or delivering CPD-accredited menopause education to workplaces and communities, my mission is the same: to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to thrive during midlife.
Unmenopaused was born from a simple belief: that menopause isn’t the end of anything—it’s the beginning of something powerful. And you don’t have to go through it alone.
